1. Pull down the top runner to sit on the lower runner at the bottom of the zip.
2. Insert the male pin into the sliders on both runners ensuring that it reaches the bottom whilst holding the two runners together. (If this is not done properly it can lead to faults on the zip).
3. Holding the male side of the zip and jacket at the bottom to create some tension, pull up the top runner.
To Open:

Chemicals are often needed in the manufacturing of our products, but we strictly adhere to a restricted list of approved chemicals and their thresholds and we regulate the amount of environmental and hazardous substances used in our processes. The list is based on the EU chemicals legislation REACH. Phthalates or heavy metals are not knowingly implemented into our products, however, accidental or involuntary contamination could occur during transit or transfer. Such an instance could be due to a cross contamination from other processes within the same factory, but the possible level and concentration of such a contamination occurring will not exceed any set limits that are applicable to these substances or chemicals.
The water repellency treatment on all products are from 2015 free from fluorinated substances.
Galon® is a 100% waterproof material that requires no waterproofing or finishing. The material is made of a fabric that is coated with PU (polyurethane). Galon® is a soft, quick drying and smooth material which is durable and hardwearing. It is easy to keep clean and can be wiped with a damp cloth, instead of having to be washed. Galon® is free from toxic substances.
We have an extremely strict policy which is against the use of real fur, leather or down in our garments.
To increase the durability of our garments, we use extra reinforcement on the most vulnerable areas, such as the back and knees. There are few materials that can withstand the wear and tear when the garment is subjected to extreme abrasion like gravel, asphalt or stone.
When we say that a garment is breathable, we are referring to the garment's ability to transport moisture, in the form of condensation, from the body to the outside of the garment. Levels of breathability between brands are not always comparable and depend on the test standard that was used. We use the American standard ASTM E-96 BW to test our products because the test conditions can be closely compared with the Swedish summer in both humidity and temperature. The breathability of a garment can be perceived differently depending on the combination of fabrics used, physical activity and weather conditions.
