1. Lay a similar jacket, parka or coat that you currently own flat on a table or on the floor.
2. Measure the distance A across the chest.
3. Measure the distance B vertically across the back from the center of the neck to the bottom edge of the garment.
4. Measure the distance C from the center of the neck at the back to the edge of the sleeve opening.
5. Compare your measurements with the garment measurements stated next to the product to find your size.

1. Lay a similar top that you currently own flat on a table or on the floor.
2.Measure the distance A across the chest.
3. Measure the distance B vertically across the back from the center of the neck to the bottom edge of the garment.
4. Measure the distance C from the center of the neck at the back to the edge of the sleeve opening.

1. Lay a jacket that you currently own flat on the ground different sizes.
2. Measure the distance A.
3. Measure the distance B.
4. Measure the distance C.
5. Compare your measurements with the garment measurement to find your correct size.

1. Lay a similar pair of shorts that you currently own flat on a table or on the floor. ;
2. Measure the distance A across the waist, stretched out completely if elastic in waist.
3. Compare your measurement with the garment measurement stated next to the product to find your size.
